• Bagon, Gible, Feebas, Riolu, Jangmo-o, H-Zorua or Goomy.

Goldenrod:

• Bill gives a choice between Let's Go Eevee and Pikachu after speaking to him in the Ecruteak Pokemon Center.

Cianwood:

• Gimmighoul from one of the houses.

Mt Mortar:

• Tyrogue after beating the Karate King.

Blackthorn City:

• Dratini after answering the Dragon Den Shrine's questions and speaking with Clair. This Dratini has an unique move "Spacial Rend".

Kitakami:

• Beldum from Steven.

Goldenrod Casino:

• All starters can be obtained from the Gachapon machine behind the rewards counter by paying a minimum of 3000 coins. Putting in more coins reduces the chance of getting a starter you already have.

Route 40:

• Achievements Man hands you certain Pokemon for reaching milestones in the amount of trophies you have.
